How it works
Send us the pickup location and destination and we give you a fixed price and delivery date. We collect the vehicle with a handover report and photos, and you receive it in exactly the documented condition.
We issue a fiscal invoice and, on request, help with the documents needed for registration in Romania.
Documents for pickup
Have the vehicle documents ready (for a German car: Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I and Teil II), the purchase contract or invoice, and all keys. If you bought from a dealer or auction, send us the release note (e.g. Abholschein) in advance.
The car doesn't need valid number plates or road insurance – it travels loaded on the flatbed, not on its own wheels.
Preparing the car
Remove personal items, photograph the car from all sides and note the mileage. A full tank is not needed.
For a damaged or non-running car, tell us whether the wheels turn, whether the steering works and whether it can be winched onto the flatbed – it helps us plan the loading.

How to request a tow or transport
In an emergency, call us directly. For planned transport within Romania or Europe, send the details on WhatsApp and ask for a quote for your route.
1. Tell us where the car is
Send the town or pickup location and the destination. On the motorway, give your direction and kilometre marker if you know it.
2. Describe the vehicle
Make, model and condition: does it start, does it roll, are the wheels locked, is it damaged? Tell us how many passengers there are, too.
3. Confirm price and arrival
Ask for the price, availability and estimated time before we set off. For European transport, give the preferred date and pickup conditions.
